Residents of Chamelecón in San Pedro Sula meet to discuss a request to the Honduran government to repair the banks of the river they all live alongside. The local mayor has proposed that all the residents should chip in money to pay for the work. The area has been very badly affected by the two hurricanes Eta and Iota and are not in financial conditions to make the payments. Many complain that the government hasn't done anything to help the most affected.
